Our Josie is a little over 9 months. I took her to that doctor’s appointment that I can’t figure out why we have it. No shots given. Just a check to see they are still growing—I guess. I mentioned at her 6 month check up that she was taller than usual for our genetic make up, but I knew she would soon feel pressure from the rest of us average to short people to get in line, and she has. She is still 27 inches long, but now weighs 17 lbs 9 oz. 2lbs heavier, but no taller… that’s more like it. She is wonderful. Her personality is emerging. A lot. Is personality the nice way of saying she doesn’t mind letting her crazy show every now and then? Maybe. Usually, she is absolutely a dream. We love our sweet Jo.
